why is it so hard to get flags from cuba and north korea?

Somehow it does not work. I tried it in my browser, it gives me an error "The proxy server is refusing connections"

i have 6 from North Korea and 200 from Cuba,..... KP is hard but if u know how it` easy ;P same with Cuba
