Re: What countries would you like to see regional data for?
Please do UK as England, Scotland, Wales. The counties etc are just too many and most don't have flags.
Remember Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man are NOT part of UK so should stay separate.
Also, Northern Ireland does NOT have a separate flag - the one often shown is no longer official and usually seen as a badge only of the Unionist population.

Re: What countries would you like to see regional data for?
I think it's the time to seperate the United Kingdom ( just in the case of Flagcounters of course)
My idea would be this:
1. United Kingdom xxx,xxx
-> England
----> Counties
-> North Ireland
----> Counties
->Scotland
----> Counties
->Wales
---->Counties
I hope it's possible soon, because the United Kingdom is a gape between the great countries, who are on the top of every Flagcounter. The United States, Germany, Brazil, Poland, Malaysia...every great country got a detailled regional information...but the great United Kingdom not!

Re: What countries would you like to see regional data for?
This (below) is not a good idea.
First, England has a complex mixture of unitary and binary local authorities (over 80) most of whom do not have flags. Even the traditional counties do not all have flags, and some 'county' flags now cover areas that are in several different current local authorities. Anyway, I'm not sure how well one could tell whether anyone was from these areas!
Wales has some 22 unitary authorities - very few have flags.
Scotland also is now divided into unitary authorities (32 of them), again few have flags.
Northern Ireland has the traditional 6 counties, but today is divided into 26 council areas. The 6 counties do have flags I think, but few of the 26 councils do.
The ONLY sensible solution flag-wise is the St George's cross flag for England, the red dragon for Wales, and the St Andrew's saltire for Scotland. Northern Ireland is a problem: the red cross on white with red hand is unacceptable as it is a symbol of the unionist community only, and lost official status in 1973. One of the sporting flags might be possible, or maybe the traditional Ulster provincial flag, or the St Andrew's red saltire on white?
P.S. Northern Ireland is the constitutionally correct name, not North Ireland
