the topic is open in "request flag" part of forum  i.e. somebody asking for Flag. Really in this part just exchange visit to blogs/pages. Really very very seldom if somebody is asking for rare flags - other member replying and add this flag. Usually was only "visited" ""visited"....

If you can give some flags from request list  - GO AHEAD and do it. Only big acknowledge from Bing-Han and me. If somebody asking in same topic about rare flags I am always replying and give it. I am received a lot request by e-mail and try to back to everybody.

First time I trying help in "Flag Offers" part of forum - but I am receive a critical post and now I am no open any new topics - just only help if somebody need my aid.
