Bermuda flag open yesterday for about hour or so, no possible today.
Same story with Congo.
Bhutan,Cambodia,Costa Rica and  Cuba  from your list is possible - it is not rare one and very often possible do it , please waiting.
Yesterday also was Gibraltar flag - I give it to one of my friends and then it gone.

Need time to check for open Flags channel  -

I will see and if find something interesting do it for you
