There's no such thing as a "flag virus". If you're receiving a large number of visitors from a country, it's very likely a link to your site was posted on a site that visitors from that country frequent.

I never recive flag viruss but my class-girl she reciv flag of Greece: 50, 60, 70 
each day, she love Greece
