Alright, need to clear something up
What flags of those are possible at the moment?
US Minor Outlying Islands
Cocos (Keeling) Islands
Christmas Island
Western Sahara
Norfolk Island
Nauru
Tokelau
Saint Helena
French Southern and Antarctic Lands
Bouvet Island
Heard Island and McDonald Islands
Pitcairn
Svalbard
South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands

Why is it everyone's so interested in which flags are possible and how many are possible and so on 
So that you'll know which to "hunt" or why? You can always use "Search" button on top and search for the answers or see other counters, or use google, wikipedia, etc.
Seriously, it's useless.
Have you contacted people in those places?
When you get it, it's possible, that's my answer.

Well, that's the problem, I've searched other counters, used Wikipedia, and, except of French Southern and Antarctic Lands, Bouvet Island and South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, all are inhabited, but I never saw any of them (except Tokelau, Nauru and UM) in anyone's Flagcounter. That's why I'm asking.

All of those places are inhabited, some permanently, others temporary
