Hmm, that's weird. It wasn't a first time visitor but still no flag from China.
How about this:
First time visitors are indicated with a star, and these are the only visitors that added to your flag count.
Maybe first time he was in Singapore

the "No" in the copied/pasted line means that your visitor from China wasn't counted a a new one...

To the OP, how do you know you received a visitor from China that loaded your Flag Counter image?
It says so on my visitor log. I copied and pasted it here

The only logical explanation for this is that the visitor was already counted as being from a different country.
The log indicates that this was not a new visitor. They may have visited your site in the past, using a proxy (which is common in China) or a different ISP. In any event, our system saw the cookie on their computer and did not count them again, even though they were apparently seen as being in a different country than their last visit.
