I haven't received this flag since last year, and it is getting scarcer as time goes on. It means FC is getting more accurate. =)

I believe FC has always been accurate 
but from what I've experienced some places in ex-USSR used to give "Unknown" flags, guess their Geo IP improved or something

Mine was in August 31 (the last one),yay(?)
And you got 1000 Unknowns cause 2 months ago there was a bug in the s01 server and every visitor was counted as Unknown.. so during this time you recived 1000 Unknowns that were suppost to be normal visitors.
Well,if it would happend now, 18,000 Netherlands Antills + 14,000 Netherlands visitors would be gone
