Flag images do not include some countries shown in pie chart
There are some countries shown in the pie-chart display of percentage hits that are not shown as flags on my main flag display.

14 countries are in the pie chart.. maybe your flagcounter image is showing less than 14? Just click on the image and you'll get information for all the countries that have visited your website.

Yes, I can click on the image and see the detailed list, but I would like to display flags for all countries that have visited me. I have seen other people's pages that have many more flags displayed than mine.
The question is why there is a limit on the number of flags being displayed?

Because your initial setting was to show less than 14 countries 
Let's say this is your flagcounter code:

I've bolded part of the code that shows nr. of displayed flag, that nr. can be anywhere between 1 and 248.
