can't view statistics page
Whenever I click on my flag counter, it goes to the page that lets you create a counter, instead of the statistics and charts page. I even tried making a new one, but it still did the same thing. Is there something wrong with the code? Thank you for any help.

Your code looks okay. My guess is that the statistic pages are currently down for the 07 server, so it's redirecting. Hopefully, Jeremy will get it fixed soon.
