North Korean flags are just for those with 220+ flags. It's like a bonus you get for doing so good at the game.
Srsly, now, N.K usually logs in from China or Germany. It's rare to see a real NK IP.

where did you get that bullshit from?
And the real answer is - most of those people are country fakers,they are not really from North Korea,They just change their location in the site,it is not that hard.

ur right nuriel ....the people from NK d`ont have permission using a computer .... thye change there IP adress .... if i can do that easily ...then for hackers it`s a peice of cake... Antarctica is possible though

In North Korea, there are two internet services. One is used by some lucky expatriates and the other by a few selected people from the governing elite. The best way to get a flag is indeed as you say some faked IP.
