Here is an entry from another counter that Flagcounter does not register and you are saying this person has not visited my site?

Do you have the IP address of these visitors?  It's hard to diagnose individual visitors, especially when (1) I do not what program you are using to determine these visitors are from the country they say they are, or its accuracy and (2) I do not know that your visitor loaded your Flag Counter image, which is what it takes for a visitor to "register".  Your site has a very large number of images, and it's quite possible someone on a slow connection pressed their back or stop button before the Flag Counter even had a chance to load.  There are even some visitors and software programs that load sites without loading images.

The technology we use is the best available.  If these visitors loaded your Flag Counter image, then they were counted.  Whether they were counted as what you expect them to be, or as where another program thinks they are from, is another question.

Could it be that a WI-FI connection is being used? The guy in the above post from Tanzania is using his laptop and connecting through a WI-FI connection in South Africa - This would then add a South African flag instead of a Tanzanian flag?

According to Statcounter, these visitors have visited my site a number of times and for long periods of time, so why does Flagcounter not pick them up?

I see somebody else on the forum is also having the same problem! Mayby it's Statcounter that justs adds other country visits to make me feel good?
