okay i have a question to:
what happen when a country disintegrates? Get this flag deleted on all flagcounters or persists the flag altrough?

why dont exist a flag of Kaliningrad, i mean it is a part of Russia but it is a "special" territory how French Guyana, or not?

I'll answer my opinion on both questions:
1) I think it has not happened yet since FC is on, so who knows. Deleting the flag seems to be the best choice.
2) I think that French Guyana is a has a special status within France, is not just like any other province. Just the same for Aland in Finland. But Corsica is just another province of France, as Kaliningrad is in Russia.

I googled for Kyrgyzstan or some other country & guess what: results from this forum showed up on the very first few pages 
What attracts it so much? Not sure if anyone else had similar experience but I'm curious if that's the way your flag counter gets so many visits - through Google (advertising), Adsense, etc.?
