Pro won't show flags except from USA
I have my suspicions as to what the problem might be.
I guess maybe... I'm hoping someone can confirm my suspicions.
Background Info...
I upgraded to Pro near the beginning of March 2026.
I placed the Flag Counter code into my HTML coding
"exactly" the way it should be done.
I saw that it might take awhile for flags to start appearing.
So, I waited.
It's been on my webpage for 3 weeks now and
the ONLY flag that it's showing is from the USA.
( Utah to be specific )
I know for a FACT my webpage has been
viewed from places ALL around the world.
How do I know this?
Because my visitors have told me they've visited.
( via text messages and emails )
Here is my suspicions...
in order to view my web page...
the viewer has to visit a corporate central server
which then communicates with a sub-server
which then pulls up my web page
and shows it to viewers.
In other words...
the viewer never actually visits my web page.
They're just visiting a copy of it that the
corporate server pulled up and displayed.
FYI...
the corporate central server is located in the USA.
( Utah to be specific )
( the sub-servers are in Utah and California )
AND
( I "sincerely" apologize for this... )
I can NOT reveal the URL to my webpage.
Because of this "routing" (?)...
I suspect this explains WHY
Flag Counter Pro is only showing the USA flag.
If this "is" the most likely culprit...
Flag Counter Pro is useless to me.
What I'm hoping is... someone here with
knowledge can confirm my suspicions.

Give us the URL of your counter for starters, because yes, that's what's probably happening
251/251 countries and 3,860/3,860 flags collected.

As I originally said... I can not reveal the URL.
To get to my URL you would have to log into
the corporate server first and that access is
restricted to only worldwide customers.
Just the mere fact that "you" suspect the same
thing as I do... is a good enough answer for me.
And I "sincerely" thank you for your feedback.
Even though there was not a solution to my problem...
at least now... maybe someone else might gain some
knowledge about why they're having a problem when
putting a counter on a "company" work webpage.
On a side note: I asked the IT department about
this and they were furious at my attempt to put
anything on my webpage that was not company
related. Luckily... I got off with just a stern warning.

Okay then. I wasn't asking your for your site URL but for the URL of your counter. But it's quite obvious now that your site is hiding behind a "mask" and there's nothing you can do to make the counter work properly
