I think that is a facebook page not the profile page your are looking for.

well zakur,
if you visit the Facebook page Argentina will be counted correctly. The problem occurs when trying to visit a profile. The flagcounter shows only US then.
Although I have seen Kuwait on one of my friends profile (where he is located) and all other visitors like me from Germany were counted as US, sounds curious.
