I feel like changing my layout again to display 30 flags instead of 20. Is there anything you want me to do to check if this problem comes up again?

Thanks for your feedback. We have identified and corrected a problem with the way we set cookies. The reason it wasn't evident on our "main" Flag Counter is because we also use IP based tracking.
The bad news is, if you make changes again, some of your existing visitors could be re-counted once more, but only one more time, after which they will get a new cookie.
