I recently had a friend of mine named Vlad who does page designs for QRZ.com tell me that I had old versions of the State and Canada flag counters.  I told him that I had many people visit my page that no new flags or visitors were added. They were the same amount for almost 2 years. So when I contacted Vlad he said they were old versions and fixed them for me. And wow!!!!...all the newly added flags! that were not visible before!. I have tried to contact him (Vlad) again to see if he could tell if I had the OLD version of the "World" flag counter. How can I tell if I do have the old one?. Do I have to modify my HTML?.
