Mysterious loss of counter image on QRZ.COM ham radio site
My ham radio page on QRZ (https://www.qrz.com/db/KJ2U/) has had counters up for countries of the world, US States, and Canadian Provinces for maybe 10 years. The code has not been changed in all that time, but I noticed a few weeks ago that my US and Canada counters show broken images. Clicking on them still takes you to the details page on flagcounter.com. Also both counters work if I simply load the code into a browser - i.e. it loads the graphic img src from the server as it used to do on my QRZ page. I have to wonder this is connected to the fact that my code links to a different server than you see if you start a new US or Canada page, namely my img src points to these links (with my flagcounter ID at the end)
http://states.flagcounter.com/count/E68W
http://canada.flagcounter.com/count/E68W
The response from my QRZ help ticket said that they knew of no change to their site that would cause this. The tech even suggested that it was typo in my code, which is impossible as the code had not changed in years! Any idea why these pointers stopped grabbing the right images from the QRZ site? Could I create a new counter and still keep my accumulated flags by using my old ID? Any solution or other things I could try are most welcome, THANKS!
