I remember that Saint Martin became able at the 18th of December 2009 and the last time I saw visitor from there was in the 3rd of March 2010 here:

In the flagcounter you show, and some other, Saint Martin flag was showing almost daily, but since march, it's been over two months without any new SM visits, so it seems it is no longer there...
