Flags not seen in a long time
Some flags haven't been seen in a long time, and probable are not longer available.
The last seen date for these flags is:
SH - Saint Helena 27/03/2009 (Over a year without showing!!)
IO - British Indian Ocean Territory 23/10/2009
TK - Tokelau 4/01/2010
MF - Saint Martin 03/03/2010

Yes I have seen more recent dates with them but Im not telling you where or what these dates are just cause it's stupid thing to discuss.

In North Korea only a few people have access to Internet, and these IPs are routed via Satellite to Berlin, Germany...so if you get a visit from North Korea, it will be counted as Germany or maybe Unknown-Satellite Provider, who knows. 
Maybe in some years or decades it will be possible to get a real North Korea flag...but as long as the dictatorship of Kim-jong-il rules the country, there will be no hope for human rights, including free spech, free press, free media and free Internet.

Saint Helena has seen in May 20,this is the 2nd SH flag that the "master" of the flagcounter got
