Is There A Problem With Delaware, Internet Exploder 8 Or AOL???
Hello,
I'm wondering if there is a compatability problem with the Flag Counter system that it's not registering Delaware lookup's...
... or if there's possibly a compatability problem with Internet Exploder 8...
... or possibly a compatability problem with AOL???
My FCC license is registered as Delaware and I'm registered on QRZ as well... but even when I'm "signed in" to QRZ... Delaware never shows up on anybody's Flag Counter maps when I look them up on QRZ???
I've tried to look up friends in Canada as well as about a dozen U.S. States... then gone back later in the day or the next day to double check and my Delaware flag never shows on their page no matter how many times I look them up???
Any ideas or reccommendations on this one???

I don't think it is a IE8 or AOL problem. For the latter I am not 100% convinced.
However, the mapping shows the flag related to the position of the proxy or URL used.

Hello and Thank You Jens!
I just visited your website by the link you provided here.... and I do see you have a Delaware flag showing with "1" beside it now!
Did you previously have a Delaware visitor... or is this proof that my visit worked for your website this morning???
This has me even more curious because I've been trying this with other qrz site users for several months now!
However, I just signed back in to QRZ and tried several folks pages that have Flag Counters to test it after visiting your website... and it's still not showing a Delaware flag for their pages???

From writing my initial reply up to now 1439 CEST (Central European Summer Time) I have received on my world counter visits from Maryland and Washington but on my US counter visits from Washington and unknown proxy. That implies to me that your proxy is either located in Maryland or the proxy is not to locate due to several reasons.
The Delaware visit was on Jan 27, that was definitely not yours.
I think it doesn't matter if you access from QRZ or not. Important is the proxy from the computer you use.
Perhaps you should give it a try from an internet cafe or try to use another computer. I know from work that we are located 200 km away from where the proxy works. So, never ever you will see Rostock when I use my work PC, you will always see Hamburg (Both in Germany 
); it is different from home.
Another option is to try
That gives you information from where you access the internet. You have nothing do but just using the provided URL. The screen which will be opened should give you the requested information.

It appears you're posting from an AOL proxy. AOL is often a bit harder to determine the originating state because of the way their service is set up. You are likely showing up as "US / Unknown".
