In my opinion:
- China, India, and Indonesia (mainly because of the population);
- Japan
- Hong Kong.

In my opinion, depending on the sites you are using for the counter.
I would go with Hong Kong, India, Pakistan, Singapore and Malaysia but (I agree with all of the above which I have not mention)

Depends on the sites.
I wouldn't count Indonesia and China as the easiest because I live there (but due to the population and the amount of internet users there, it is really easy).
P.S.: I'm glad you know the fact about Indonesian population

1. Philippines
2. Malaysia
3. Singapore
4. Japan
5. Vietnam
