    Is this possible?

    Is this possible to take some visitors from a country and to put it on another country? xD
    I mean like to take 3000 Views from israel and to put it on russia? so russia can have 3000 views?

    Please could you explain, as I fail to see the logic in what your asking. I thought the whole idea of joining FC [for me anyway] is to see how many different 'county flags' hits/visits I can get on my FC and my website. Why would anyone want to take visitors from one country's FC and put them on another country's FC. In that case you wouldn't really be getting the hits/visits from that country, and where's the fun in that? I'm glad for hits from any country, but obvious I prefer it when I get hits/flags from a new country!

    If you want to change your FC image, you should edit it with photoshop, or something similar....
