I added new flag counter and all visitors show up as from Arizona and USA.What are some suggestions I could try to correct. Thanks in advance.

Hi bajagcb,
What is the address of your website? It sounds like your website provider may have added code to your site which causes images to load through a proxy server.

I have almost the same problem, only it's Virginia and USA.
I wanted to add the flag counter to my Flickr account.and I have understood the potential problem. But how can it be solved and what can I do to make the flag counter work properly?
