Money deducted even if I had asked them to cancel my subscription
I have emailed (replied the email that reminded me about the renewal of my subscription) the flag counter customer care team to cancel my subscription. This was one of the suggested ways to cancel the subscription. Noone replied. Rather my money has been deducted from my bank account. Is this not a scam?
