Only US, EU & AP flags showing

I have had a flag counter on my website since 2011 (www.birdsofsaudiarabia.com) and it seems to have gone wrong somehow and is only recording US, EU & AP flags. Even though people are visiting from elsewhere they are not being recorded. Please could you advise me if I can do anything to correct this issue.

Hi Jayefbee,
Your code has been modified to load what is essentially a screenshot of your counter from a server at googleusercontent.com. Your users are not connecting to our servers, so we are not able to count them.
I would suggest using your counter's Regenerate HTML tool and reinstalling your code.
