I too lost my counter
I have had your free counter since February 2011 and was happy with it. A while ago it disappeared from the front page of my website, although its URL leads to a page here showing the nations & numbers correctly and up to date.
I forgot my User ID from 2011, so I had to re-register in order to post here.
What can I do to have your counter show again on my website as before? Using my new ID offers a new counter from just today.

What is the address of your counter? You will want to use the Regenerate HTML option, which you can learn more about in our FAQ:

Does the "Regenerate HTML option" recover the old data, or start afresh?

The regenerate option creates a new code for an existing counter. The data on the existing counter remains.

Thanks. However, in order to use the "Regenerate HTML option" I assume I have to log in to the counter, which is not possible now since I forgot its PW and the email address I provided back in 2011.
Could you please retrieve its User ID (should be sanfloriani) and PW, and send them in an email to sanfloriani@cheapnet.it?
Sorry for the trouble. It would be interesting to learn why the counter disappeared, anyway.

The strange thing is that although the counter is not visible on my web page, I can see it in a different browser window if I use its link

My blog's Flag Counter since January 2013 was deleted today.
I ask for help so that I can be normal again.
