All visitors as Windows 2000 issue
Hello everyone,
I am a new Pro user and I am finding an issue with my counter.
However, I have been using the basic Flag Counter for serveral years.
I just upgraded to the paid service but all of my visitors are showing as Firefox and Windows 2000.
This is for every country and every region.
Is there a fix for this issue?
May I request some assistance from the Flag Counter team?

Hi 4THLOVE,
I see that we were helping you with this via email. Your counter was being loaded through a proxy server. If Regenerating your HTML code to enable SSL has not worked to resolve this issue, we would suggest contacting your website provider to disable their proxying of external images.

I spoke with my provider Time Warner/Spectrum and they did not understand the request or unable to disable their proxying of external images.
How does the company usually resolve issues with Time Warner/Spectrum as they are a popular internet provider?
Can we set up a conference call with yourselves and Time Warner?

It is your website provider that is causing everyone who views your counter to load it through their proxy server.

I still do not have a response from the Flickr support team so i created a new support ticket.

Hi 4THLOVE,
We are able to count visitors when they load the counter from our server. Your implementation has altered our HTML code so that visitors are not loading the counter from our server. Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do on our end to resolve this.

What does it mean, 'Your implementation has altered our HTML code so that visitors are not loading the counter from our server'?
I have followed your instructions to regenerate the code. I am not understanding what I did to implement this incorrectly.

Your website provider has implemented coding on your site that causes our HTML code not to function as designed. This is what I mean that your implementation has altered our HTML code.
