    Different IP lists for Flags

    I do not understand the assignment of the IP numbers to the flags.
    Why are there different IP lists on the web?
    I got a click from this IP 185.152.69.60.
    Source https://db-ip.com/all/185.152.69 this IP belongs to the Vatican.
    Source http://geoiplookup.net/ip/185.152.69.60 it is Rome in Italy.
    Source http://ip-address-lookup-v4.com/lookup.php?host=ip-address-lookup-v4.com&ip=185.152.69.60+&x=0&y=0 it is also the Vatican
    Source https://www.infobyip.com/ip-185.152.69.60.html it is also the Vatican.

    Which table does the flagcounter use and why?

    why does this provider have other data than the public ones?
    So I never have a chance of a public side to get a flag !

    This provider has the most accurate data of all. The public ones update once every 6 months or so, this provider updates weekly
