flag counter dont work (pro version)
How do I go about requesting a refund? I tried twice via email, first response said they couldn't find my payment thru one email so I sent another email with my paypal email and no response as of yet for my second attempt

Hi Leah,
We generally don't offer refunds, as our free service lets you see if our service meets your needs before deciding to upgrade. It sounds like your problem is that your website provider loads external images through a proxy. Your counter is working as designed, and we would suggest that you resolve this with your website provider.
If you PM me the email address you used for your payment, I will see what we can do. I did not see any payments associated with your forum email address.
