208 of 212 regions of Slovenia are accessible to everyone who wants to receive them.
Actually, Sodražica and Velika Polana are available as well. Quite rare, but they are. So that's 210/212
251/251 countries and 3,860/3,860 flags collected.

This they made it possible to obtain the regions of San Marino.
A little time will pass, and Artigas and some regions of San Marino will again become difficult to access.
