Bueng Kan is not a very rare flag. But when Jeremy recently added this region, it turned out that the last visits date back to 2014
At present, if I am not mistaken, a new visit was registered on July 17 this year.
In your counter I did not see Bueng Kan and other regional flags, except for the US states, provinces and territories of Canada. Probably, you are not a user of Counter Pro. You do not have access to detailed statistics and will not be able to show us a visit from Bueng Kan and any other region (except the US and Canada).
