Hello everybody! I ahe a problem with my flag counter in facebook. Recently me and a friend of mine added our flags in our facebook page, she is french and visited several time my page in order to see if a french flag was added to my counter but nothing happened the only flag with more counts was the american one. I did the same and she found out that her flag counter worked in the same way. There is a was to make it work properly please?

Why don't you also add a tracker like [Sitemeter, or Gostats both are free & you can use the 'html' option since facebook doesn't support script codes, with stats trackers they record every visitor & visitors ips, you will also know what time, what day, date they visited where they're from & more stat stuff, I use them both along with my Flagcounter in Facebook!!!

Re: Facebook
I think the problem is, the French visitor keep the cookies, while the American visitor did not. Flagcounter works by detecting unique ISP. The first visit will result in new flag, however subsequent visits might not. While a returning visitor still have the cookies on your site, no new flag will be counted. Hence, if a returning visitor erased all the cookies before visiting your site again, new flags will be counted.

Re: Facebook
I visited a facebook page that had FC Pro (which shows your flag) and said that my flag was USA.
I suppose there must be something in FB that makes all visits to look as if coming from USA....

Re: Facebook
I'm looking into this, but it appears that Facebook loads the Flag Counter image through a proxy.

I know that Facebook company uses 30,000 servers located in the USA...maybe this is the reason...
