Western Sahara's flag
OmG, I think this is one of the hardest flags to get. Personally, I think many people from there can use "proxy" or internet codification (IDK), from Morocco. ;~

No one has the flag simply because ccTLD (country code top level domain) is not in use (that's .eh) and won't be for a number of years, even the status of WS is complicated 
there are 3 or 4 moroccan telecommunication companies in WS so you'll get a .ma (Morocco) flag instead
