Why is Svalbard not registered
I (still) have no visits from Svalbard and Jan Mayen (one of 3 missing countries), but according to Google Analytics I have had 6 visits last year from there. Why are they not counted on FlagCounter ?

You can't compare different analytic tools. The methods to collect visitors are too different.
Flag counter visits will only be counted if the flag counter image is being displayed on the visitors' screen.
Google might use a different way to analyse the visits of a site.
