I try to F5 many many times at Imageshack but still cannot see your picture. May be the server is shut down for update.

You should change some options in your facebook profile if you want us to see it.
Make sure that Everybody has access to your "My stuff" section (not only your friends).

I have set my options in my facebook prifile to everybody can acess mystuf but I do not understand why it does not appear

Why there's only two is because there are only 2 countries that visited your page. To have other flags, you need people from other countries to visit your site.
Now if you want more flags, you can post in the "Request flags" section of the forum and let the people around the forum visit your site.

I did that but still its not shown i think there is some bug
i asked pepole from other country to visit my flag counter but its not shown
