The places of my flags is at above. i want to change it below. How to change places of flags counter in my blogs?

It is a simple cut and paste job. Highlight the flag counter html on your site's editing area, press ctrl then c, move your cursor to where you want the counter to be, then press ctrl then v and your html will appear in its new place. Once you have done that, do not forget to delete the old html otherwise you will have your flag counter in two different places.
