        Botswana,Burundi,Equatorial Guinea,Kosovo,Laos,Lesotho,Marshall Islands,Mayotte,Nauru,Niger,Niue,Saint Martin,Samoa,Sao Tome and Principe,Sint Martin,Timor-Leste,Tonga,Tuvalu,Wallis and Futuna
