From your list, I see the biggest use for Northern Ireland and Uganda, at least on my counter.
I'm also glad we got Malta, although I'm still stunned as to how many regions it has. At least it's an English-speaking country, which means it's a bit more likely to have its regions actually used.
Although, in some cases, such as Ireland, there's still too many annoying "Unknown" hits. I hate "Unknown" hits.

The list is sorted by how good a certain country is... Uganda is one of the worst on it, but still not tragic.
