What a difference!!

Hi,

I just registered as a member and after reading that I need a different code for each of my blogs in order to see the real number of visitors, I happily proceeded to remove the code that had been in my three blogs. Then I inserted the new code.

Guess what? THe number of visitors reduced to ONE!

Certainly a shock!  But is this true? THe two blogs showed ONE visitor, most likely myself!

Why is it I could not get a different code each for my blogs? Why did these two blogs end up with the same HTML code for the flag counter?

Can anyone please enlighten me?

Thanks very much

Peggy

When you insert a new code, it will start from zero

Re: What a difference!!

Balut is right, so both counters started from 0 and tracked your visit. I've tried to visit you to make the difference, but did not see the FC in the sites at your signature.

Re: What a difference!!

Balut is right, new counter will start from 0 again.

However, if you create a different flagcounter, it should show up as a different HTML code. If you get exactly the same HTML code, it will be the same flagcounter. The difference might be located at the server and the flagcounter ID (automatically generated).
