Just one small thing: Hermanas Mirabal, DO and Ancash, PE have wrong flags/coats of arms...

I am glad you like them. 
The coat of arms that you posted looks like it is for Salcedo. I do not see one for Hermanas Mirabal.

Salcedo is Hermanas Mirabal. The name has changed, the coat of arms hasn't.
At least I think it hasn't

We did try using the India seals, but they still are not recognizable even with the larger size.
