Evenkiyskiy AO
Does anyone have any idea why this region has suddenly become available again. I thought the 3 "impossible" Russian regions were obsolete and would never be collectible again.
Does anyone think there is any likelihood of the other 2 becoming available at some point? I still need Komi-Permyatskiy AO to complete Russia, but was expecting to be stuck on 92/93 for ever.

Well, welcome to Russia, Rob. They don't know what they're doing with the IPs...
As for Komi-Perm and Ust-Orda, those are unfortunately never coming back, as they had their FIPS deleted and aren't obtainable by any means anymore. Evenk still had a code, even though outdated. The same applies to Chita and Taymyr.

Thanks. Looks like I will be on 92/93 for ever after all.
I presume the duplicate Krasnoyarskiy Kray is a similar story.
