Where is the 1500 Club gone? Now I need 462 flags to reach the 2000 Club.....

Indeed, we changed it to the 2000 club. The people who maintain the list are doing it on voluntary basis and it is intended to reduce their daily workload.

1,500 flags is no achievement, to be honest. You need to achieve something to be a part of the club.

I will disagree and say that visitors from 1500 regions is an accomplishment to be proud of. 
Anyone is welcome to start a "1500 club", '1000 club" or whatever they like, if they wish to maintain the list. We would be glad to pin it to the top of this forum as we did for those users who maintain the current "club".
