    Wrong Dutch 'provinces'

    Among the Dutch provinces there is an entry for 'Dronten' and 'Lelystad', which are municipalities, and 'Zuidelijke IJsselmeerpolders' which existed until the 1980s and is now Flevoland and there is twice 'Overijssel'.
