Hungary, Nigeria, Senegal, Mongolia, Bangladesh, Finland, Kazakhstan and Kenya are now the only countries left that will change/add new flags when ISOed

BD is still FIPS but with Rangpur, am I right? If yes, you could probably move Jelgava from Jelgavas rajons and Jurmala from Riga and avoid having to deal with 118 ISOs too 
Or just group them into the old regions as you did with Finland? Jelgava and Jurmala have been my nightmares since the beginning...

Well, if you're keeping the old 5 instead of the new 18, could you please at least fix the date? It says Since May 10, 2014
