Why the Flag Counter did not add "Newest Flag" to the Counter?
Why the Flag Counter did not add "Newest Flag" to the Counter(my Green Background) but add to the "Last visit time(my Purple background)?
The Counter did not add this Flag/Country: Libyan Arab Jamahiriya....
Anyone know why?

It is possible that the two widgets are loaded with a delay between them and during that time, the visitor left the site (so, he registered on one widget, but not in the other).
