There will be more countries converted, and one very shortly. It is actually more work than adding regions for a new country.

Also, I guess the names should be Guna Yala and Ngäbe-Buglé, not Kuna Yala and Ngöbe-Buglé

Could you please do Egypt next? There is a tiny chance it might eventually bring North Sinai back. No one has that except your beta counter and Rod. Also, Luxor
