Also, I suppose the number of VN flags needs to be changed to 63.

Hello, Mr. Admin!
Thank you for doing Iceland. There's just one thing I'm really curious of. My stats say I'm missing Vesturland, which is definitely incorrect. Vesturland has Borgarfjardarsysla in it, which was my 4th highest region in the old stats. Can you please check it?
