Need Kosovo and Montenegro

I have returned a visit to you - thanks.
It seems Kosovo is a valid country (except to some Serbians) from what I've been able to research. However, I'd like to hear your thoughts - I really don't know. It wouldn't be the first time I find myself ignorant.
Best I can find says this is the current flag.

Kosovo is just not possible, in terms of flag collecting. If you search topics and enter Kosovo as a key word, you can read lots of background info. Montenegro is not that difficult. Someone from this forum even offered it, but that was a while ago. Thx for cartoon.

OK - I got it now.
Kosovo is not recognized by the "Flag Counter" as a country.
So, that's all that matters. Politics, country or not, all doesn't matter.
End of discussion.
That's all I needed for a response. Thanks.
(I made the mistake of searching for my information outside of Flag Counter.)
