1. Central African Republic - speak French
2. Guinea - come on, this is easy.
3. Kiribati - speak Pacific tongues
4. North Korea - get shot by your own family
5. Northern Mariana Islands - join the US miltary.
6. Saint Barthelemy - rent a big house in the Caribbean
7. Saint Helena - have friends there
8. Svalbard - vpn
9. Timor-Leste - speak Portugeuse.
10. Tonga - get obese
11. Western Sahara - same as Svalbard
